Rick Rollens is one of the founders of the MIND Institute at the University of California, Davis. He is a an inspiring leader in the autism community. His success in obtaining $34 million, from the State of California, for funding the Institute is just one of his many accomplishments. In June of 2000, Newsweek magazine's cover story was on autism. You may recall seeing Rick's son, Russell, on the cover.
